En Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes nos encontramos en la búsqueda de personas dinámicas que buscan desafíos constantes y sueñen en grande. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Global Talent Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Talent Management team to drive the strategy and execution of all People Performance & Development processes & projects.
- Define strategy with Global stakeholders for the entire People Cycle and support AB InBev Zones during the execution.
- Be strategic partner in the definition of the Leadership Succession Plans and Pipeline.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Communication
- Experience in Performance & Development (2 Years)
- Experience in Project Management (2 Years)
- Experience Leading Teams (2 Years
- Advanced Skills in Excel and BI Tools
- Advanced English
- Interpersonal Relationships, Excel & BI Tools, Project Management, Communications, Creativity, Autonomy & Team Work
