We are seeking several high performing individuals. You will be joining a special team focused on  advancing our SaaS platform that will be fully self-served, enabling our clients to sign up and utilize our  services.

Purpose of the Position 

  1. Perform process and systems analysis of features in SaaS platform to drive self-serve  capabilities. 
  2. Decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a  general understanding. 
  3. Document requirements through appropriate techniques, which include but are not limited to  business process flows, use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements  specifications. 
  4. Follow up requirements through completion, performing testing of new features and product  changes. 
  5. Execute white box testing to validate solution design and implementation. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in systems engineering or equivalent experience. 
  • Knowledge and experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language,  to better understand logic and code (not required to code).
  • Experience in writing requirements and follow up through the development process. Experience in both White Box and Black Box testing techniques  
  • Experience working with SQL. 
  • Experience working with build tools like Teamcity, Bamboo, Jenkins, Travis, etc., and with Git,  SVN and/or Mercurial as source code versioning. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues across multiple technologies as needed. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize, evaluate, and brainstorm solutions to  encountered issues. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Management, both  internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Adaptive to a rapidly changing environment, ability to handle urgent and multiple competing priorities, sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity and commitment to quality. 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, respecting other opinions, valuing diversity, building consensus and assisting others to accomplish team goals and objectives.
  • Fluency in oral and written English communication.
