Lenovo is looking for a Service Sales Registration Specialist with Portuguese.
Daily tasks involve:
- Act as 1st level of support for any registration issues.
- Handle any updates / changes of data of Think Plus / SRS / Consumer contracts in SAP (legacy and strategic), PEW, or other DBs.
- Escalate any issues that could affect the registration such as, PN creation, Errors in DBs.
- Focal point of one or more Distributors.
- Email support to customers focusing on completing the warranty registrations.
- Proactive registration of warranty extensions or upgrades.
Email support to customers (Distributors, Resellers, End Users)
- Register warranties on customer demand.
- Run files for massive update.
- Respond to customer's requests with a sense of urgency.
- Manage the necessary information to complete registrations whenever it's not available.
Skills: Advanced English and Portuguese level, written and verbal. Experience in dealing with customers and solving problems.
