Senior Supply Chain Reliability Analyst (ARG)

This position will be responsible to ensure Supply Chain Reliability program in Consumer Latam, that will include since the supplier  management (MSM) until the finished good, Through the current process and KPIs tendencies identify the gap and opportunities in our supply chain and develop the required actions/capabilities to achieve world class Supply chain performance.

 

Task & Responsibilities:

§Support on strategy definition process to be worked proactively with suppliers;
§Responsible for crisis management, coordinating cross-functional teams to avoid supply chain rupture;
§Effectively partner with all internal and external business stakeholders aiming supply chain reliability and ensure quality standards by the supplier;
§Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management and S&OP governances with suppliers to ensure E2E alignment of business needs;
§Responsible for negotiations with the suppliers regarding reimbursement of non-compliance, performance and supply chain reliability;
§Responsable to lead capacity analysis with suppliers;
§Monitor risks and establish an early warnings process.

Qualifications - External

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree completed
Upper Intermediate level of English
Candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Desirable knowledge in SAP
Previous supplier relationship experience is required
Supply Chain knowledge is required
