We are searching for a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) IT Support Specialists to work in our Buenos Aires office as part of a global team. In this role you will provide basic maintenance and support services for Salesforce resolving issue tickets and change requests. Using your superior trouble shooting skills you will provide 1st level application support to system users, analyzing basic system problems and escalating complex or serious issues to more senior support personnel.
A university degree and experience in Information technology and experience working with Salesforce is required, preference will be given to those who have worked in an IT support role. This is a global team and fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is critical.
This position will sit in our Buenos Aires office with potential for partial or full homebased in the future.
