The purpose of this position is to support the overall GCO operations team driving with local sales team to accelerate Franchise 4 Success adoption, standardize and simplify sales processes and collaborate with sales execution cross South MU (Argentina, Chile and Peru). Candidate will work closely with Operations Busines partners to ensure proper development of F4S in all segments, solution and industries.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Process & Tool:The focus is to support the sales line of business in ongoing and operating processes and tools driven by F4S which go through all sales cycle life in topics such as GTM, Sales planning, Demand Management, Sales Forecast, Deal Execution and Performance management. Understand relevant operations processes and support efficient execution, tool maintenance, and projects for improvements.
Trusted Advisor: Build your business acumen and network. Deliver on expectations and with high quality to build credibility and drive discipline for future business partnering.
Projects & Programs: Support Operations and Sales team and enable projects execution. Related tasks may include but are not limited to:
Assess, review and update territory files with whitespace analysis.
Stakeholder and/or meeting coordination
Validate sales opps accuracy, aging and category
Help create or coordinate related documentation or guidelines.
Deliver or execute on standard reports while providing automation and simplification.
Actively contribute to the one team spirit. Share successes, learnings, and best practices.
Enablement & Knowledge Management:
Support training coordination in terms of preparation, documentation, education, participant engagement, and communication.
Maintain related systems, tools, and reports to help identify future improvements.
1 to 2 years of working experience
Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage as well as working in SSC (preferred O2I for software and Cloud)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Student currently enrolled in Business Administration, Marketing/Finance and/or Systems Engineering courses
English Level: Intermediate/Advance
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products is key (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Duración: Disponibilidad a realizar un mínimo de 12 meses de pasantía
Oficinas: En ambas oficinas. 2 días en Alem y resto en el Panamerican.
Horario: Postulantes deben estar disponibles los jueves 8 horas. El resto de la semana es flexible y se puede distribuir las 12 horas restantes.
