Pasantia de IT Support
We provide world-class business solutions and infrastructure services for SAP.
Provide desk side support to SAP employees to ensure they have a high level of productivity via hardware and software services provided by IT.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Opportunity to learn to provision general end user support to users
Support in the office and via phone
Windows 10 and MS Office knowledge
Communicates within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand
Respect SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Effective IT Direct ticket handling and dispatch
Customer Service Excellence
Problem Management Input
Knowledge Management Input (document problems)
Hardware support to end users equipment (laptop/desktop, mobile phones)
Software support to end users (general applications)
Support to general workspace equipment (ex.: printers, projectors)
Support end users with escalation of any support topics to other IT colleagues
Open tickets for the hardware supplier
Organize and control the storage room, asset management and inventory
Follow up on activities
Communicate with IT colleagues on regional (Latin America) and on global levels
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Studying Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Administration or other engineering or administration careers
At least another full year of studies, to be able to be with SAP for 12 or 18 months.
English: advanced level desirable. Able to entertain a conversation with a user and able to read technical documentation
Does not need to have previous work experience
