RESPONSABILIDADES Y ATRIBUCIONES:
Our Strategists and Planners work closely with media and analytics to create impactful, integrated, and measurable strategic platforms. They’re thought leaders who find the best approach to clearly present data that drives innovation. They uncover cultural insights that surface opportunities and meaning for brands, and create detailed, yet simple presentations that tell stories and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of marketing team work.
On any given day:
Serve as the strategic leader for a specific business, and take accountability for growing that business
- Partner with other account leads to guide ourmarkting teams towards bold and innovative solutions
- Based on original research, define the strategic scope and brief that allows our creative teams to excel, laying the groundwork on which successful projects can be built.
- Demonstrate business and audience analysis that leads to brands growth solutions.
- Turn the problem into a plan by writing actionable project briefs; grounded in data and elevated by insights.
- Work with creative, production and project managers to create industry leading work and innovative strategies.
REQUISITOS Y CALIFICACIONES
- Has a proven track record of successfully leading clients into new strategic areas
- Is familiar with research methodologies and brand and marketing models.
- Is innately curious, has an insight into human behavior, and an instinct for popular culture
- Is able to work across different groups and disciplines to push work forward.
- Previous experience is ideal.
