Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an EHS Manager for make operations located in Pilar, Argentina.

You will be responsible for:

• Partner with site leaders to cultivate strong EH&S performance by encouraging employee engagement and shared ownership for EH&S programs
• Grow the EH&S team through effective coaching and robust talent development plans
• Coordinate continual improvements to the EH&S management system to maintain ISO 14001 certification
• Facilitate EH&S program compliance against J&J and regulatory standards by identifying program gaps and executing action plan
• Maintain EHS an integrated management system, including identification of significant EHS objectives for the site - auditing, analyzing, documenting, and reporting on their implementation and effectiveness to management via dashboards & reports.
• Monitor and evaluate EHS risks of operations, including change management, ensuring continuous improvement of the EHS program to make it leaner and more efficient.
• Support and facilitate site EHS committees/teams to ensure implementation of the EHS programs.
• Manage or contribute to projects for make operations at the site.

Requirements and Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science, or engineering required; advanced degree in EH&S related discipline is preferred
• Master degree in the areas of safety and experiences lived in environmental area is required
• Strong business EHS experience and leading team is required
• Advance knowledge of English..

Esta posición se realiza algunos dìas a la semana de manera remota, y otros dìas de manera presencial en la planta.

Temporalmente la planta no se encuentra adaptadas para personas usuarias de silla de ruedas.

El 12 de noviembre de 2021, Johnson & Johnson anunció los planes de separar nuestro negocio de Consumer Health y crear una nueva empresa que cotice en bolsa.
