Demand Planning Manager LATAM SOUTH
We are looking for an empowering person who will be responsible to lead the Demand & S&OP Team in LAS. He/she will be responsible for S&OP Processes and sub-processes in LAS and for the operational and financial KPIs.He/ she will challenge the status quo by leading and managing local and regional process improvements to develop S&OP maturity stage and reduce workload consolidating best practices and sharing them across countries and iniciate the company in the transformation from S&OP to IBP. He/she will work very closed to Sales, Marketing, Trade, Finance, RGM, E- Commerce & Supply Chain and Teamwork will be vital for the success, have an entrepreneurial profile and be resilient to build connections and shape the deliveries that the team needs to make.
You will be responsible for:
Lead the demand and S&OP processes for Latam South and lead the migration for IBP in the region
•Responsible for contributing to the financial KPIS and delivering the operational results committed to the business
•Lead and manage process improvement projects of local and regional initiatives.
•Generate management reports and action plans
•Actively participate in projects, forums and regional communities of demand
•Maintain fluid communication with the Planning, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial, RGM, Finance and Logistics teams.
•Provide technical support, train and develop your team
Qualifications – External & Internal
Requirements and Education:
University studies in Engineering, Administration or related careers are required and further studies in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations or Master in Business Administration will be appreciated
Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar positions or experience in other areas with active participation in the S&OP process
Knowledge and Skill Sets:
•Experience with SAP and OMP or other ERP systems with demand planning modules
•Experience in project management and strong financial knowledge
•Great analytical capacity
•Excellent interpersonal relationships, teamwork and leadership skills
•Proactivity, flexibility and high resilience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel Advanced handling of excel and MS office
